Blogging

I will post an article on the blog; be sure to watch your email for a notification.

This Week's Activities

Step 1 -- Read

Since we didn't get a chance to discuss international social media last week, please be sure to read these short articles on international social media and be prepared to discuss in class Monday night:

These International Social Media Networks are Closing in on Facebook

The 40 Most Popular Social Networking SItes of the World

Top Social Media Networks You Didn't Know Existed

After reading these articles, be ready to discuss other social media networks used primarily outside the United States, and how they might affect your organization, if at all. If you have friends in other countries, I'm sure the class would be interested in knowing how they use social media.

Step 2 -- Prepare your Comprehensive Evaluation slide show

Prepare a short slide presentation to share with the class that presents analytics about the one company on which you've chosen to focus. Prepare your presentation as a team and share the delivery of the slides. Refer to the assignment for topics to cover in your presentation.

Class Agenda for Monday, June 24

1. First, we'll discuss the readings on international social media, with particular attention to platforms in Europe and India.

2. Second, you'll present your slide shows on your comprehensive social media evaluation.

3. Third, we'll review the course objectives and determine if TCO 691 has met your expectations and those set for the class when we began.

4. Fourth, talk about ways in which future iterations of TCO 691 should be designed.

4. Finally, we'll conclude with thanks and best wishes!
