The introduction provides an overview of each organization studied in the report, including their mission and/or purpose, their primary and secondary audiences, and what methods they currently use for communication, including websites, print publications/ads, email, newsletters, and finally -- what social media tools they use -- as much as you are able to tell by investigating their presence.

 

30 Description of Communication Strategies -- Observation, Analysis, and Vulnerability

The report fully analyzes the communication strategies required by the assignment, and provides both text and visual descriptions of how the organizations use social media. Screen grabs and/or representative graphics accompany written descriptions of the organizations' use of social media, based on these strategies:

  1. Your observations of their social media use
  2. Your analysis of their social media use
  3. Your description of any vulnerabilities they face
30 Best Practices Based on observation and a full analysis of each organization's social media usage, the report distills a list of best practices generalizable to other organizations. These best practices described so that they are are logical, applicable, and can be replicated by other organizations.
10 Conclusion The conclusion provides a sufficient summary of the report and your findings from each organization studied.
10 Grammar, Spelling, and Punctuation The paper meets graduate-level expectations for writing and adheres to grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules. Note: if the paper deviates significantly from writing expectations, more points may be deducted.
