Include your name and the complete citation at the top of the page. One-half page should be devoted to the summary. One-half page ( at least six sentences) should be the critique - "I" statements. Use single-spaced 12 pt Times New Roman font. Examples of I statements: I thought the article was confusing. I thought the article was well written. Since we did not discuss this in class, reading the article helped me to understand the way complanies prepare for an audit. I was surprised to see how long it took for the company to complete the MBNQA application.	Prepre a separate one-page summary/critique for each of the three articles. A paper copy of each summary/critique is due Saturday April 28 before noon If I am not in my office, slide the papers under the office door. Include your name and a complete citation on each critique. Please do not email the critiques to me.
