Nancy Crosby is a MSTCO student with a BS in Social Science from Mercer University.  She currently lives in Lizella, Georgia but is originally from Indiana.  She has been married to Scott Crosby for eight years and they have a blended family of four children.  She enjoys spending time with Asheley (22), Jonathan Jr. (21), Jessica (17) and Brett (16) as well as cooking up new recipes.  She is a member of Northway Baptist Church and takes pleasure in working as a Hospitality Coordinator in the preschool department.  Nancy is just beginning the MSTCO program and is looking forward to the new challenge. 

Lisa Evans has 17 years experience working in manufacturing and industrial environments. She holds a BS degree from Mercer University School of Engineering in Technical Communication. She also served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a COBOL programmer and small systems administrator. She has worked both internationally and stateside. Lisa owns her own consulting company and is currently involved with projects in the banking/finance and alternative fuel sectors.

Lisa is originally from Wyoming and currently lives in Macon, GA. She has one daughter who just began the 9th grade and is an avid softball player! Lisa is passionate about fitness and nutrition, is a certified personal trainer with NSCA, and professional athlete with WNBF. She enjoys social ballroom dancing, watching movies with her daughter, cookouts with friends, and weekend escapes to the beach or mountains!

Gail Hart is originally from East Tennessee, I have lived in Central Florida for 18 years. I have an A.A. in Graphic Design/Communication Arts from Roane State Community College, a B.S. in Management from University of Phoenix, and this semester I am taking my fifth class (TCO 676) and sixth class (TCO 620) in the MSTCO program here at Mercer University. I am married to a former Marine. I have a stepson (26 y/o) and a soon-to-be 6 year old grand-daughter. My passions are walking, yoga, trail riding, showing and raising horses, and travelling as time permits. My career focus is visual arts, marketing and advertising design, publications, and technical communication. I currently work for an occupational health and medical services company in business development. I still use pens to draw with, but my electronic tools have greatly influenced how I approach design problems, prepare illustrations, and develop paintings. The possibilities are endless!

Anita Morton is an MSTCO student with a BA in political science from the University of Waterloo. She has lived in Mississauga, Ontario for more than thirty years after growing up in Scarborough, Ontario. She plans on returning to live in her childhood home in Scarborough this fall. She is a Business Systems Analyst and works in the Technology Solutions department of OMERS (Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System), one of Canada's leading pension funds. She enjoys playing sports and attending sporting events, going to her weekend home, learning to play her violin, and caring for her pets. Managing Multimedia is her second MSTCO course.

Ken Reid is entering his sixth semester of the MSTCO program. He obtained his BA in economics from SUNY Potsdam.  He has lived in Geneva, New York for most of his life. He and his wife Cherie have been married for 22 years. Since 2006, Ken has been a technical writer at Welch Allyn, Inc. When not fully immersed in work or school, he enjoys listening to and performing music and spending time with his wife, two boxers, and two Appaloosa horses.

Janice Wicks is an Instructional Designer for Pitney Bowes. Her job involves writing Web-Based and Instructor Led Training for Service Engineers and Area Technical Specialists. Majority of the training she writes is for technical equipment such as Copiers, and Inserters.

This is her fourth class in the MSTCO program. Her past education includes a Master of Education in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Office Systems and Technology.
Currently, she lives in Lawrenceville, GA with her husband and two children. Her hobbies/special interests are reading, exercising, couponing, and spending quality time with the family.

Dayna Wolhart is a Technical Editor for McAfee, an Intel company, where she and her colleagues develop and maintain a knowledge base of more than 16,000 online documents, including technical support articles, product documentation, and video tutorials. She has more than 15 years of experience in technical and corporate communications, working as a writer, editor, and project manager. She earned a BA in English from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and an MDiv from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She currently lives in Atlanta.

Tammy Hotchkiss is an MSTCO student with a BS in Informatics Web Design and a dual Associates in Computer Applications Web Design and Internet Specialist Web Design at Southern Crescent Technical College. She has lived in Jackson, GA, for about 6 years. After growing up in Atlanta, GA. She met her husband Christopher and they have five children. She owns a freelance graphic design company called Webkiss designs. While working from home she designs graphics for two businesses: Apparel Authority in Macon, GA and Southern Digital in Zebulon, GA. She enjoys spending time with her husband and five children, Kimmy (24), Brandon (18), Chase (16), Gabriel (11) and Michael (8), camping, and hiking. She loves animals and rescues rabbits as a hobby. She is in her first year in the MSTCO program and is looking forward to learning more about visual communication.
