I will provide equations for calculation of Chapter 9 productivity measures. You will need to know how to interpret the measures (eg Is higher better?) I will provide equations for Chapter 14 queuing theory metrics as I did for the last quiz. |

ISE491F09 Final Exam Questions for Article 1 and 2 and 3 This is an open resource exam with respect to textbooks, course notes, and information available on the Internet. However, you may not talk about the questions or your responses with anyone except me. I will check my email daily to answer any questions you may have. The provisions of the Mercer Honor Code prevail. The full text of the articles can be obtained from GALILEO if you are using a Mercer University computer. Save the file as a Word file with the filename "yourfullname"_ISE491ExamPart1. Email your completed part 1 exam to me before 11 am Friday Dec 18. I will reply to acknowledge receipt of a readable file. |
Part 2 of the exam will include Minitab questions. I still plan to use data from our projects for this part of the exam. |
