Help with Blackboard and English 264 Online
Although my course will utilize this web site (and other web resources) for almost all of the instruction and assignments, we will use the Chat and Grader functions on Blackboard. You can also use Blackboard to access transcripts of our chats, and a Discussions board for your section where you can leave questions and comments. So what do you do if you have a problem?
Mercer's Technical Support Services operates a Help Desk for students who encounter problems with Blackboard. They have a Help Desk Information Page where you can find their phone number and hours of operation.
