4.1 and 4.2 One-to-One and Small Group Formative Evaluation
(4.1=40 points, 4.2=40 points)

A. Use the following responses for each item and type of evaluation:

NA = not applicable in this instance
No = No this was not the case or was not done during the evaluation
Yes = This was the case or was done during the evaluation

Conduct one-to-one and small group or expert review formative evaluations with target learners. Is there evidence that learners: One-to-One Small Group Expert Review
- are representative of the target group?      
- were provided with an orientation to the instruction and to put them at ease?      
- were provided with all necessary materials (preinstruction through transfer)?      
- completed and commented on pretest (including entry behaviors)?
