Go to eLearn Magazine and click on either Research and Case Studies, Best Practices and Tips, or Blog. Find an article you enjoy and then find a way to contact the author. Conduct an email interview containing at least five questions with the author about the article and/or about the elearning field.
Be sure to ask what the author thinks our class needs to know about e-learning.
Submit to me a link to the article and a print copy of your email interview with the questions answered. Be prepared to describe your findings to the class.

As much as humanly possible, review as many of these applications as you can -- by downloading trial versions or studying their manufacturer websites. Write a detailed review for each application and then recommend 2-3 for use in our class -- and state your recommendation's rationale.
