PHA 897 - GRADUATE SEMINAR

Graduate Seminar meets every other week on Wednesday at 3:00 PM.

Graduate Seminar is designed to:

• provide experience in reviewing the scientific literature and developing a presentation of a review topic
• give exposure to presentation and analysis of data
• provide experience with asking and answering questions
• help the student to learn to give constructive feedback to a presenter
• gain insight into the research activities of graduate students in the department
• create a scientific community and dialogue
• assist in overall confidence building
