Profile:
B.A., M.B.A., Ph.D., Indiana University Dr. Kimberly A. Freeman received her Ph.D., M.B.A., and undergraduate degrees from Indiana University in Bloomington. She previously taught at Wake Forest University and Winston-Salem State University. Dr. Freeman has published 11 peer-reviewed articles, 3 book chapters, and a number of proceedings on topics relating to international management, human resource management, and organizational behavior. Her current research interests include intercultural empathy, intentional attunement, socio-cultural issues with regard to international mergers and acquisitions, and self-monitoring behavior. Dr. Freeman also has a corporate background in human resource management and as an entrepreneur.
