Reviewed, modified, and prepared permit applications for sanitary landfills in NC and GA; developed the preliminary design of a spray field land treatment system for the Town of Gray, Georgia; and presented to seminars to the engineers: a 1.5 hour seminar on engineering ethics and 2.0 hour seminar on designing biological nutrient removal systems.

Served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Florida for the 1990-1991 academic year.
