Class Goals
This class is a survey course that will cover many topics and ideas. The goal of this course is to give you a broad idea of the  subject and to expose you to new ways of thinking about this subject. Students are required to read texts, watch films and to attend outside activities that are covered in the syllabus. Textbooks are available at the Mercer Bookstore. At the end of the semester each student will give a presentation that consists of a Power Point or a short video. Each presentation should be turned in on a CD with a three-page paper discussing the concepts and ideas that developed their presentation. |
